The Boys & Girls Club of Andros is a non-profit program built upon spiritual principals who strive to support all boys and girls at-risk/high-risk, struggling and challenged with Peer- Pressure, Low Self-Esteem, Drugs, Alcohol, Gang Involvement Activities, Sex, Cyber Crimes and Low Academic Achievement.
WHAT
The Boys & Girls Club of Andros will provide at- risk/high risk boys and girls services through a holistic approach toward maintaining physical & mental wellness, in a nurturing, educational, and therapeutic environment. The Boys & Girls Club of Andros will provide boys and girls with positive role models, effective intervention, mentoring, individual group therapy.
HOW
The Boys & Girls Club of Andros have come into partnership with The Ministry of Education, Vocational and Technical Training and Bahamas Agriculture and Marine Science Institute (B.A.M.S.I) to provide youths opportunities that will empower their minds, to become tomorrow’s leaders and intelligent thinkers; who will excel in their educational, social, environmental, scientific and technical sessions to every boy and girl registered and participating in its program; through their Science & technology Initiative.
